Sunday’s sexy ones are…
Marky

Sam

Phil

And one more just for fun pic!

And the women looked gorgeous as well, but I’ll have to ask them all for permission before posting.
Boo and Tory were setting up the Christmas tree yesterday when the kids came down for dinner. Shani (2) says to Sam “Look, dey’re making Chrissmas!”
The girls stayed up late decorating the downstairs part of the house. Marky and Darren moved the tree. Sam D. and Phil got the happy job of untangling and fixing the Cmas lights. GBY them!
Wine, caramel popcorn, sweet Christmas music (and Stephanie’s company) made the evening extra good. Hearty laughs!
The happy Christmas season has begun!
Oh wow! Has it really been that long since I last blogged??? Yikes! Well lets see, what has happened this last month?…..A fire, a dust storm, extreme sickness, new people moving in, a double wedding, more sickness, visits from friends and strangers. I got a new voice…a low raspy hoarse voice…ouch! Hopefully won’t last too long.
Last night we had an impromptu “home bonding” with mixed drinks, chocolates, nuts, and hot pockets (don’t ask). We had the wonderful company of Haven. Tory and Jules amused us with embarrassing stories from their past. Good laughs! I love those two women! “Anchor Man” was saved for the last laughs of the night. Twas good. Very good.
(Many thanks to my sweet homeys that put this shindig together!)
Pictures I took during the San Diego fires:

Clouds of smoke and dust

During one of the nights of the fires we lost a big heavy glass table that was siting on our roof top/porch. The wind blew it over the 4 1/2 foot wall. We didn’t even realize it was gone till the next evening we found it smashed in the middle of the road by our house.
You’re a great friend and a loving shepherdess, a kind soul and an amazing teacher. There’s so many things our girls do well because of your faithfulness in teaching and training them, or helping us to know how to better teach and train them. I can’t count the times I’ve had great conversations with you about deep topics. We couldn’t ask for a better fellow home member! Words don’t really do the subject justice. Oh, and did I mention you’re beautiful? All that to say may this birthday be the best ever!
We love you!
–Sam and Tammy
In case you hadn’t heard our two girls were due within the last few weeks for congratulations on their completion of 2 and 4 years of life respectively. We decided to celebrate with a “sort of” Manners Manor luncheon. Heh, what were we thinking, right? All the kids coming to the party were between the ages of baby and 7! But all in all it was very much like a calm and “proper” little tea party. The party was topped off with an art project Tammy had prepared and a treasure hunt thanks to Evan.
Oh and I’ve included a few pictures from our latest find–a park in Rosarito with grass, and lots of it. The kids had a great time!
And without further ado the photos!
